Situation: Audience are seated all across the stage in smaller islands of chairs. The different islands are facing in different directions. All audience is seated on chairs. There are also 6-7 platforms, which are the smallest size in height, they functions are the "back-row" of the different islands (they are all secured with a back-fence). On the platform the chairs are linked, on the ground they are not.
Risks: In case of emergency, some people would sit way further from the escape route than others. When chairs are not linked, they tend to fall over easier, if there is panic and people could trip over them.
Measures: We have 5 ushers/zaalwacht in the space. One is seated close to the exit. The other ones are spread in space, and are there to help people out, if they for any reason has to leave. The escape route is cleared and within the security measures - as broad as the exit-door. There are clear and accessible aisles all across the space/stage - none of the rows of chairs are pushed tight together with rows in front. It's therefor easy to get up and get out.

Situation: Audience is seated on stage. They are audience and also a part of the set/scenery. There is sometimes close proximity to performer. But the performance is not audience-participatory. They do not get up and walks around at any point, and are not asked to do anything. One audience member, is in the last scene of the performance, asked to controlled a remote-controlled toy-car, but they stay seated in their seat throughout.
Risks: As audience is on stage. Their escape route is also through the stage.
Measures: Escape routes are cleared. We have 5 ushers in space to help, seated in different areas of the seating, and one person always close to the exit-door. Audience have preemptively been informed about potential close proximity.

Situation: In the first scene, the performer uses a microphone-stand with a boom-arm (no microphone is used), instead a wig is hanging on the mic-stand. It is standing when audience enters - in the one corner of the stage, where audience doesn't have to pass. There is also a glove attached to a robot-vacuum-cleaner which is driving around on stage. When audience is seated the performer pick up the glove and takes off stage. I do a puppetry-number with these two props, when scene has ended the two props get pulled to the corner, where no audience is near and they stay there for the rest of the show. For the last scene 3 remote controlled cars are used, they are driving around on stage + the robot-vacuum-cleaner. The are controlled by the main performer + a second stage-hand person (from the performance crew). One of the remote-controls are also handed to an audience-member.
Risks: These driving objects are possible to trip over, if one or more audience needed to rush out all of a sudden.
Measures: None of these moments where the props that moves are used are in dark situations - the house-lights are on, so they are easy to spot. All the props are also in high-definition colors, which further makes them easy to see. In intro-scene with "glove" driving around. The performer is present in space to greet people and therefor make sure people notice this driving props. For "end" scene. There are two performer on stage controlling these driving props, which can be stopped and moved at any point, if emergency occurs. The remote given to an audience is taken back before the end, and all the props are gathered and stopped in an area of the stage, which is not close to any escape-route for audience. They are all using rechargeable batteries - no wires to electricity needed.

Situation: Music is loud at points, but Never above the measures.
Risks: Could cause shock for an audience.
Measures: Audience is informed preemptively before entering in the space, plus door-people are handing out ear-plugs to everybody. The main technician of IDlab is present in space during performance and have also approved the sound-levels, so that they fit within the measures.
22. Are lighting effects used?
Yes/No: Yes
Situation: There are three moments/scenes within the performance, which are relatively dark, with smoke, haze and light used together to create a special lighting-effect - light being materialize as surfaces in the combination with smoke and haze. The darkness lasts around 4-5 min in each scene.
Risks: Some audience-members could have a stronger reaction to these situations, which means they would need to leave immediately and during a dark scene, which makes exiting harder.
Measures: The 5 ushers who are present in space are informed about these scenes, and they will be seated around with audience, in case someone or more needs to be guided out of the room. The escape route stays cleared. The exit-sign is always noticeable, so it's easy to track which way out. One usher is close to exit all the way through the performance. Audience have been informed about the use of darkness and smoke preemptively before entering the space. There is always a crew-member standing next to the houselight-switches to turn them on - in case an emergency occurs and everybody has to leave space together, or another emergency/accident occurs in space.

Situation: Smoke and haze is used.
Risks: Visibility in space is at times obscured by this. At start and end of the performance a big number of people have to enter and exit space, which could lead to open doors that could therefor lead to "spillage" of smoke for areas that hasn't been set on renovation-mode by the reception.
Measures: For visibility. The house-lights are used both when audience enter space and also when they exit, so even with smoke in space there is still visibility. The reception has been informed about the use of smoke and haze. They are setting designated areas to renovation-mode during the working-period. Before and after the performance this includes areas right outside the actual space of the performance, so it's possible to leave without spillage into area which haven't been turned to renovation-mode. Further - the 5 ushers present for this performance have designed a choreography to get audience in and out of space in smaller groups at the time, which secure NO spillage of smoke can happen.
